pawaTech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is driven to identify and attract top talent. Someone not afraid to reach out, ask the right questions, and push for quality at every step of the hiring process. You will be supporting hiring across different teams, gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment, and play a key role in bringing in exceptional talent that raises the bar for the entire company.
Compensation range: €2300 - €2500 monthly gross.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the full-cycle recruitment process (from publishing job ads to sourcing and offering);
- Actively sourcing candidates and supporting great relationships to build a strong candidate pipeline;
- Evaluating candidates’ competencies while providing excellent experience (no ghosting on your watch);
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance;
- Advocating for the brand by highlighting the positive experiences of being part of the team;
- Utilising and helping us improve our in-house made ATS - pawaTalent;
- Working closely with our local Talent and HR team and supporting various hiring-related topics and day-to-day tasks;
- Ensuring compliance with global and local Talent Acquisition policies.

- Previous background in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates and various stakeholders;
- Experience or interest in using various job boards, sourcing channels and ATS;
- You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain adaptable under changing conditions;
- You are organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work;
- You have a proactive mindset and an interest in learning and growing in recruitment;
- Fluent English language skills.
