Technical Support Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support a highly automated warehouse powered by Warehouse Execution Software (WES) and modern IT infrastructure.

You’ll work close to live operations, ensuring system stability, fast incident resolution, and smooth warehouse execution.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor WES and react to incidents in real time
• Troubleshoot software, network, and system issues
• Support on-call / on-site operations in a production environment
• Work with engineering & product teams on escalations
• Adjust configurations and workflows when needed
• Support servers, network, security, and system monitoring
• Keep systems stable, reliable, and well-documented

What we’re looking for:

• IT / software engineering background
• Java (Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate) experience
• SQL (Oracle / PostgreSQL) skills
• Understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
• Experience in WES/WMS or industrial IT is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Fluent English (required)
