DeFi Infrastructure Operations Manager

Jazeera Ventures is expanding its digital asset initiatives and is seeking a DeFi Infrastructure Operations Manager to support coordination and oversight of infrastructure interactions across decentralized finance environments.

The role focuses on maintaining visibility into protocol integrations, monitoring transaction flows across blockchain networks, and supporting internal processes related to decentralized finance infrastructure. The position contributes to stable and structured operations across DeFi ecosystems within Jazeera Ventures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure activity across DeFi protocols and blockchain networks.

• Coordinate interactions between operational wallets and DeFi platforms.

• Track transaction flows associated with protocol usage and integrations.

• Maintain reporting related to infrastructure activity and operational metrics.

• Review blockchain confirmations associated with infrastructure interactions.

• Identify inconsistencies in protocol connectivity or transaction behavior.

• Support internal stakeholders with visibility into DeFi infrastructure performance.

• Maintain documentation related to DeFi infrastructure processes.

Requirements

• Experience working with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges.

• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance systems.

• Experience interacting with DeFi platforms using crypto wallets.

• Familiarity with blockchain transaction confirmations and network mechanics.

• Experience using blockchain explorers or DeFi analytics tools.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Ability to operate in fast-moving digital asset environments.

Candidates must have experience working with DeFi infrastructure and blockchain-based systems.

Compensation

Base Salary: 130,000 - 180,000 USD per year

Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to infrastructure reliability and operational performance
