Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for HR Specialist to join our client's structures for 6 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing HR support to employees via chat, phone, email: ServiceNow ticketing system
• Handling day-to-day HR-related inquiries and operational requests
• Working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Using and promoting the knowledge base and employee self-service articles to help employees resolve issues independently
• Demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Close cooperation with the local HR team in Germany, including regular communication and maintaining strong working relationships
• Acting as a back-up for other countries when required
• Ensuring a high level of service quality and positive employee experience

Requirements:

• Experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Support
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
• Experience working with a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow)
• Ability to support employees through multiple channels (chat, phone, tickets)
• Strong problem-solving mindset:

• Experience in an international working environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
• Previous experience in a global / SSC / GBS environment
