The Company

My client operates in a traditional, process-heavy industry where digital adoption has been slow — and they're changing that. Their platform replaces manual, error-prone workflows with AI-powered intelligence, and is already business-critical software for some of the biggest names in their sector across Northern Europe and the UK. With that foundation in place, they're now expanding further into Europe.

The role

The successful candidate will own features end-to-end — from a customer conversation to code running in production. This isn't a backfill. It's a deliberate decision to add someone who will shape how the business scales across Europe.

• Talk to customers directly and build what they actually need
• Ship in short iterations, then improve based on real usage
• Drive architectural decisions — opinions are welcomed and acted on
• Identify where AI can make the product faster and smarter

Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, MySQL and AI

Who they're looking for

• A few years of backend experience with real products shipped
• Good with people — customers and colleagues genuinely enjoy working with you
• Comfortable owning outcomes, not just executing tickets
• Someone who thrives in small teams with short feedback loops
• Curious, direct, and not afraid to have an opinion
• Fluent English — Swedish not required
