When you join us, you will have:
You will support our HR team with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks (e.g., data maintenance, internal documentation).
The HR department supports our colleagues in all aspects of professional development, from recruiting and career coaching to assistance in finding new opportunities within and outside the company. Key areas of focus in Vienna include onboarding and offboarding, as well as handling Austria-specific labor law issues.
You will assist in the preparation of meetings, as well as in monthly internal and external reporting, and work with our team on strategic HR topics in both German and English. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process, various internal workflows, and the drafting of agreements.
Your working hours will generally be between 10 and 20 hours per week during regular office hours (full or half days; flexibility is provided).

Your Qualifications and Skills
- You are currently enrolled at a university or FH, preferably with a focus on human resources management, and have an interest in personnel development in an international company
- Business administration knowledge and/or experience in controlling/accounting is an advantage
- You bring initiative, flexibility, and organizational talent, work very carefully, and are absolutely reliable and discreet
- You enjoy working in a team and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You are service-oriented and present yourself confidently
- You are willing to commit to working with us for at least twelve months
- You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
