Operations Data & Process Specialist

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

MASTER DATA

In this role you will create and maintain supplier and material master data in SAP. You will be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for operational use of all created master data.

SYSTEM SUPPORT

You will serve as a key user for our various systems and provide expertise in data management best practices and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify new system requirements, design specifications, and develop solutions to enhance data management and operational efficiency.

DATA GOVERNANCE

You will establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data handling processes, including guidelines, manuals, and process documentation. Ensure robust data governance practices are followed, including data quality standards, data security policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Train and support team members in using SAP and other tools to foster a data-centric culture within the organization.

PROCESS

You will design and implement state-of-the-art data handling processes that ensure efficient, secure, and accurate data management across the organization. Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative solutions to streamline and enhance data quality.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3-5 years work experience, ideally in an international environment
• Bachelor’s degree (FH / University) in business administration or similar fieldBachelor’s degree (FH / University) in business administration or similar field
• English fluent, German is beneficial
• Excellent Excel skills
• Prior experience with a material management system is beneficial, ideally SAP (MM)
• Advanced data understanding, analytical way of thinking, reliable, and detail-oriented work
• Communicative team player with a structured and precise working style and a love for data
  
  

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
