With 100+ clients and a strong growth trajectory, the company is focused on automation, structured processes, and high-quality client delivery. The team is now expanding its Security & Compliance function and looking for a CISO profile to grow together with the business.

About the role

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role focused on security and compliance operations, working closely with an experienced CISO team.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to building and maintaining security documentation, supporting audits, and working with real clients on compliance and risk management topics. You’ll also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to apply Security by Design principles and help shape the company’s internal security practices.

Your day-to-day

• Prepare and maintain security documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines)
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, and NIS2
• Collect and analyze audit evidence (logs, configurations, controls)
• Perform internal compliance checks and identify gaps
• Track non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Contribute to the development of the internal platform from a security perspective
• Support continuous improvement of security and compliance processes

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in security, IT, audit, risk, or compliance roles
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, NIS2)
• Ability to work with documentation, structure information, and provide clear evidence
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
• Motivation to grow in the cybersecurity and compliance field

Nice to have:

• Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CC)
• Experience with SaaS or cloud environments
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
