Prostaff require a proven Scrum Master / Agile Coach who will help enable Scrum/Agile processes in its business.

As part of the Scrum team and our internal Agile Guild, you’ll be a key driver of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Support and guide several small development teams as their Scrum Master
• Strengthen agile practices and mindset across the organisation
• Motivate people, celebrate progress, and help teams grow
• Contribute actively to the Agile Guild and share your expertise
• Foster a culture built on openness, transparency, and trust

The Experience:

• Several years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure to complexity
• High empathy, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in people
• Confident facilitation and moderation skills in German
• Bonus: experience in software development or quality assurance
• An authentic, grounded personality with professional presence
