🚀 Hiring: Senior Network Hands & Feet Engineer (L2/L3)

📍 Basel, Switzerland (Onsite) | 🕒 6–8 Years Experience

We’re looking for a hands-on network expert who can bridge the gap between physical infrastructure and logical networking in a fast-paced data center environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Rack & mount network devices (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, Arista switches)
• Interpret rack elevation diagrams (REDs) for precise deployment
• Manage dual power feeds (A+B) and ensure proper grounding & safety
• Install, clean, and troubleshoot fiber (SMF/MMF) and Ethernet cabling
• Handle transceivers (SFP, SFP+, QSFP+, QSFP28) and resolve link issues
• Perform high-density patching with proper labeling standards
• Execute cross-connects & circuit extensions from MMR to racks
• Trace and validate fiber paths using VFL and testing tools
• Configure and maintain out-of-band (OOB) / console access
• Troubleshoot serial connectivity (baud rates, adapters, cables)
• Provide on-site support during outages and critical incidents
• Support Layer 1–3 troubleshooting (physical to routing level)
• Configure & verify VLANs, STP, and detect loops/broadcast storms
• Assist in IP configuration, gateway validation, and routed interfaces
• Validate BGP/OSPF neighbor status after deployments
• Configure and troubleshoot EtherChannel / LACP (LAGs)
• Collaborate with NOC, vendors, and telecom providers

🧠 What You Bring

• 6–8 years in data center / enterprise networking
• Strong hands-on experience with fiber, cabling & hardware installs
• Working knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Arista EOS, PAN-OS
• Ability to troubleshoot critical network issues under pressure

🎯 Must-Have

• CCNA (required)
• CCNP Enterprise (preferred)
