We are looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Android Engineer to join a high-performing team in Sydney. This isn’t just a "feature-coding" role; we need a technical leader who owns the end-to-end lifecycle and takes pride in building modular, secure, and highly observable mobile platforms.

If you have 8+ years of experience and a deep love for Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Clean Architecture, let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the Architecture: Lead the charge on MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture, driving modularization for long-term maintainability.

Lead Technical Direction: Set the standard across multiple domains, making critical system design trade-offs between mobile and backend.

Ship & Operate: Own the full pipeline—from initial design and CI/CD setup to Play Store release and production observability.

Uplift the Bar: Mentor junior engineers and champion security-first development practices.

Bridge the Stack: Collaborate with backend teams on distributed architectures to ensure seamless mobile-to-cloud integration.

What We Need from You:

6+ Years in Android: A track record of delivering production-grade apps.

Mandatory Tech: Deep expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

Systems Thinker: Strong system design skills with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

DevOps Mindset: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and operating apps in production.
