We are seeking a highly motivated Business Relationship Partner to support the Project Manager in software development activities focused on operational safety. The ideal candidate will manage level 1 client requests, monitor project performance KPIs, and provide exceptional end-user support while ensuring effective reporting and communication. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to level 1 requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Retrieve, analyse, and update project performance KPIs.
• Ensure accurate reporting and communication of project results.
• Provide top-tier end-user support and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Key Activities:

• Daily follow-up on client requests.
• Ad hoc updates of KPIs and project reporting.

Deliverables:

• Professional email correspondence.
• Power BI Dashboards to monitor project performance.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Strong project management and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with rigor, flexibility, and attention to detail.
