IT Search has partnered with a well-established Irish organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, with a strong focus on building and scaling modern web and mobile platforms. They’re looking to add a Full Stack Developer to support the continued growth of their product offering.

This is a hands-on role working across the full development lifecycle, with a balanced focus on backend and frontend engineering. You’ll be contributing to the development of scalable applications, modernising existing systems, and supporting mobile-first initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable applications using PHP (Laravel)
• Develop responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
• Contribute to cross-platform mobile development (Flutter or similar)
• Work with containerised environments (Docker)
• Integrate APIs and external services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimisation
• Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a Full Stack or similar role
• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
• Solid frontend skills with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Vue or React
• Experience with Docker or similar tools
• Exposure to mobile development or strong interest in this area
• Good understanding of REST APIs and modern development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or similar)
• Knowledge of SQL and database design
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing
