Data Analyst

The role involves contributing to reporting cycles, performing data cleansing and validation, and ensuring alignment with central reporting structures. You will also support projects aimed at improving data management and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyse datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and support forecasting
• Extract, cleanse, and validate data for accuracy and consistency
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with business goals
• Support data mapping and strategic projects

Skills & Experience

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 3 years experience in data/BI/analytics roles
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel
• Experience with visualisation tools
• Knowledge of lean, project, or change management methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• Experience in regulatory, legal, or professional services
• Exposure to predictive modelling
• Understanding of AI governance and GDPR
• Interest in digital transformation
