HR Generalist | Hybrid (Dublin South)

We are partnering with a leading Financial Services provider as they enter an exciting growth phase. We are looking for a mature, enthusiastic HR Generalist to join their team in South Dublin. This is a unique role where you will act as the primary HR point of contact for the Dublin office while supporting a high-volume recruitment drive across the wider business.

The Role

Acting as the primary representative for HR in Dublin, you will be balancing a split of Recruitment and Generalist HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Managing a busy pipeline across diverse internal departments.
• Dublin Site Lead: Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for colleagues based in Dublin.
• Generalist Support: Handling onboarding, exit interviews, employee relations (ER), and employee engagement initiatives.
• System Integration: Assisting with the rollout and optimization of a new ATS and supporting the transition of HR systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment-heavy role is essential.
• Maturity & Integrity: You will be privy to sensitive information and work independently in the Dublin office; high levels of discretion and professional get up and go are a must.
• Communication: A warm personality with the empathy and presence to speak with employees of all levels.
• Adaptability: The ability to pivot between different tasks and directives in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel/Word; experience with ATS systems.
