They are looking for a Head of Cyber Security to come on board and join the team. This role will be based in Dublin and is offering a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity) for strategic relevance.
• Represent ICT on programme boards, risk governance committees, and strategic planning forums.
• Oversee delivery of ICT programmes and projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Implement robust cybersecurity and data governance frameworks.
• Ensure strategic investment in technology capabilities.

Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership experience in a Head of Cyber Security role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board and executive levels.
• Experience in regulated environments or public sector organisations is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications in digital transformation enterprise architecture or similar are desirable.
