Title: Program Manager (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: Dublin, Hybrid (3 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs that drive meaningful business outcomes. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can independently structure and execute programs, and builds strong stakeholder relationships across functions.
You will take full ownership of program lifecycles—defining scope, driving execution, and continuously optimizing for impact—while collaborating with diverse teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
- Own and author program charters covering scope, timelines, OKRs, risks, dependencies, and resourcing
- Break down large initiatives into structured, trackable project plans
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle with clear governance and reporting
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Define team roles, responsibilities, and optimize collaboration models
- Manage escalations and drive alignment across teams
Communication & Governance
- Design and execute structured communication plans tailored to stakeholder groups
- Lead governance forums including QBRs, newsletters, and program updates
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reporting
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and execute change management strategies and rollout plans
- Conduct impact assessments and monitor adoption
- Define and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Vendor & Operations Focus
- Partner with Geo Data Operations leadership on vendor strategy and operations
- Support supplier selection, vendor model optimization, and contract processes
- Resolve supplier escalations and ensure operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Vendor Management, or related fields
- Strong expertise in:
- Program/Project Planning & Execution
- Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Organizational Change Management
- Governance & Performance Metrics
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Ability to independently manage ambiguity and drive structured outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience working with vendor ecosystems and operational programs is a plus
