Customer Journey Manager

Eleving Group
Latvia · Full-time · Mid-Senior

Eleving Group is an international fintech company specializing in vehicle and consumer finance, operating a multi-brand portfolio in 17 countries across 3 continents, with a 4300+ strong team. As pioneers in emerging economies, we’re driving change, encouraging financial inclusion and upward social mobility through innovative, easy-to-use financial products.

Strive for a way-way up with the Eleving

We are looking for Customer Journey Manager to join our Europe hub to ensure new customer journeys for each market are best-in-class – fast, clear, digital first. You will own the client acquisition funnel - from the moment a application enters any of our sales channels to the moment a loan is issued. Your job is to remove friction, increase conversion, reduce time-to-offer and time-to-loan, and make sure every market is executing at the same level as our best-performing one.

This is not a strategy role that ends in a slide deck. You will be deep in the funnel data, identifying drop-off points, planning customer journey workflows in Miro, coordinating designs with our Product Designer, driving development with IT, and aligning all relevant stakeholders - then measuring the effect the following week. You will work across all Eleving Europe markets from our Riga HUB, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

What you'll own:

  • Map and own the full application lifecycle across all markets and channels (web, brokers, MyMogo, partners portal, dealerships and branches) - identify where clients drop and why, and drive fixes
  • Identify and remove friction points in the loan application process to increase approval rates.
  • Reduce time-to-offer and time-to-loan continuously across markets, working with HUB and country commercial teams, IT, Risk and DS teams to automate manual steps out of existence
  • Improve offer acceptance rates by optimizing how offers are presented, communicated and followed up
  • Ensure new customer journeys for each market are best-in-class – fast, clear, digital-first
  • Benchmark conversion metrics across markets and close the gaps - when one market achieves a breakthrough, others should follow within weeks, not quarters
  • Build and maintain playbooks for sales conversion funnel and customer journey best practices, used by country sales teams and HUB
  • Leverage AI and automation to scale what works - automated pre-offer generation, drop-off re-engagement, digital onboarding - and bring successful approaches from one market to others quickly

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years in customer journey management, growth, or application lifecycle in a fast-moving digital environment - fintech, lending, e-commerce, or digital marketplace
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels - you know what a drop-off looks like in the data, what usually causes it, and how to fix it fast
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with funnel data, approval rates, conversion rates, and time-based metrics without needing someone to translate them for you
  • Experience working with or alongside IT and Data Science teams to ship improvements - you don't need to code, but you need to speak their language well enough to get things done
  • Experience planning and communicating customer journeys visually - tools like Miro, or similar. You can turn a complex multi-step process into something a designer and a developer both understand
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and digital onboarding flows. Curiosity and adaptability matter more than specific tool experience

What we offer:

  • A role at the center of one of the fastest-growing consumer lending businesses in Europe - you will see the impact of your work in daily sales numbers across 7 markets
  • A team that moves fast, uses AI tools daily, and does not wait for perfect conditions to ship improvements
  • Monthly gross salary starting from €2500, based on your experience and qualifications
  • Health insurance from Day 1
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Hybrid work setup with 3 days a week from the office & flexible working hours
  • Growth opportunities across regions, teams, and markets
  • Support for learning & development
  • Active social agenda with team events and company initiatives
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment driving commercial growth
