Infrastructure Program Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager to work at our client, a big EU institution. It is open for both on site in Luxembourg or full remote with punctual trips from a country in Europe.
Key Responsibilities

- SAFe Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various teams within the organization.
- Program Oversight: Oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are executed successfully.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
- SAFe Expertise: Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ideally holding SAFe certifications.
- Juniper SD Wan
- Infrastructure Experience: Previous experience in managing infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and software components.
- Program Management: Strong program management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and align technical teams accordingly.
- Curiosity: A natural curiosity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus.
