Overview

Montash are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale workplace transformation initiative, for a retail customer. The programme is currently in its initiation phase and requires strong project governance, structure, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and structure programme scope and objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Manage and engage stakeholders across multiple business areas
• Lead programme communication and reporting activities
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment across different workstreams
• Operate proactively in an evolving and ambiguous environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in project or program management roles
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven expertise in planning and reporting
• Experience working within transformation or change programmes
• Ability to bring structure to early-stage initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent certification
• Experience working in large, complex organisations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
