About The Job

• Join our AI Machine Learning (ML) Platform team as a Senior Backend Developer to design and build scalable microservices using Golang and Python. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend solutions that power our AI-driven financial systems, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Agentic AI, and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) capabilities
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Develop microservices in Golang/Python with Docker and Kubernetes
• Design and maintain REST Application Programming Interfaces (API) and Kafka-based event-driven systems
• Optimize SQL databases and write automated tests (Cucumber)
• Use BitBucket, Jenkins and Artifactory for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives, including NLP, Agentic AI, and MLOps
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development (Golang and Python)
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, REST APIs and SQL
• Knowledge of Testing, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory and Agile
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, Agentic AI, MLOps)
• Knowledge of JavaScript / React is a plus
• Ability to deliver / results driven
