Applied AI Developer

Job Description

The Applied AI Developer builds practical AI‑powered solutions that help automate work and improve processes across the company. Theycombine automation tools, AI components, and system integrations to turn business needs into working, reliable solutions. They also helpstandardize how AI solutions are built, ensuring they are safe, scalable, and aligned with IT and Process Automation governance. Typical workincludes building Copilot Studio agents, connecting systems using APIs, automating approval flows, and developing small custom AI applicationswhere needed.

Requirements

• Experience building automation or AI-driven workflows
• Ability to connect systems using APIs and approved connectors
• Understanding of data flows and structured problem‑solving
• Ability to translate business needs into simple AI-enabled solutions
• Good communication skills for working with departments
• English proficiency (B2+)
• It focus backround (preferble AI)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Platform components
• Basic programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with SAP basics or system integration
• Understanding of AI assistants, prompts, or agent patterns
• Experience working in agile teams.
