Automation Developer

Job Description

The Automation Developer builds reliable automations that help employees eliminate repetitive work and improve everyday processes. They use approved tools (such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio) to create workflows, notifications, approvals, data transfers, and lightweight applications. They also help maintain a stable automation environment, ensure consistency, and support departments in turning ideas into working solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, RPA, or similar) 2+ years
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Strong interest in AI trends and ability to technically evaluate new tools.
• Knowledge of stability, security, and solution architecture.
• Proficient English (B2+)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Copilot Studio and agent‑based workflows.
• Programming skills (Python, JavaScript is a plus ).
• Buiness informatics preference
• Familiarity with SAP basics
• Experience with SCRUM or agile teams.
