Senior Frontend Developer

Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a highly experienced Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React, HTML, and CSS. This role requires someone who is not only technically strong, but also able to communicate effectively and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and reusable code
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js
• Solid proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (including responsive design)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in offshore delivery models with global teams
• Familiarity with modern frontend tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma and collaborating closely with design teams
• Exposure to performance optimization and frontend architecture best practices
