The Infrastructure IT Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of production infrastructures across Azure and on-premise environments.The role is infrastructure-oriented, with solid exposure to Azure services and operational excellence in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure run & operations for Azure and on-premise infrastructures (L1–L3)
  • Manage incidents, problems, patching, backups, and security
  • Deploy and administer IaaS and PaaS services in Azure
  • Maintain infrastructure compliance with Engie standards (CMDB, tagging, SecOps, FinOps)
  • Supervise third-party deliverables and support go-to-run activities
  • Contribute to infrastructure availability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation


Requirements

  • Strong experience with production infrastructures
  • OS: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL
  • Middleware: Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic
  • Azure fundamentals: Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Functions, Cosmos DB
  • Backup tools (Veeam), networking basics, ServiceNow
  • Exposure to DevOps, automation, or scripting is a plus
  • Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) – mandatory
  • On-call duty required
  • English B2 (spoken and written)
  • French is appreciated
