- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Minimum 3 years in regulated domains (financial services, payments, fraud, risk, compliance)
- Support Fraud Prevention initiatives with a focus on Payment Services Regulation (PSR)
- Contribute to the delivery of a biometric fraud prevention solution
- Drive analysis activities independently within the Fraud Prevention IT team
- Bridge business and technology, translating regulatory and fraud requirements into actionable deliverables for agile teams
- Hands-on experience in fraud prevention, including understanding of fraud types
- Strong experience translating fraud and regulatory requirements into business and system requirements
- Proven ability to operate as a senior/lead BA and drive end-to-end analysis
- Ability to review and challenge solution designs from a business perspective
- Experience working across multiple teams and priorities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate regulatory and fraud requirements into business requirements, system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as a liaison between Epic Owner, Architect, APO, Agile teams, and business/regulatory stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and alignment meetings
- Drive analysis activities end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and escalate proactively
- Collaborate with agile teams across the delivery lifecycle
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT
