Crypto Deal Flow Curator

Zero2Launch is a blockchain startup launchpad. We help early-stage Web3 projects go from idea to live token — providing the strategy, infrastructure, and capital partners they need to launch successfully. The quality of what we launch defines us, which is why the person curating our pipeline is one of the most important hires we make.

We are looking for a Crypto Deal Flow Curator to own the top of our funnel. You will be the first set of eyes on every project that wants to launch with Zero2Launch — deciding what gets through, what gets rejected, and what makes it to our investment committee.

This is not a sourcing role in the narrow sense. It's a judgment role. You'll combine deep market context, sharp analytical instincts, and a strong founder network to separate the signal from the noise in a space that generates an enormous amount of noise.

• Own the inbound and outbound deal flow pipeline: source, screen, and track every project that comes across our desk.
• Run first-pass diligence on incoming projects — team, technology, tokenomics, market fit, traction, and timing.
• Build and maintain a proprietary outbound pipeline through your network, events, on-chain research, and ecosystem relationships.
• Write clear, opinionated deal memos that help leadership make fast, well-informed decisions.
• Maintain a structured view of the market: emerging narratives, sectors worth tracking, and projects to revisit.
• Build long-term relationships with founders, funds, KOLs, and infrastructure partners across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Partner with the Head of Finance & Digital Assets on tokenomics and treasury reviews for serious deals.
• Keep the pipeline and CRM rigorously organized — if it's not in the system, it didn't happen.

Must have

• 3–5 years of professional experience in the crypto or Web3 industry — in investing, research, BD, ecosystem, or a founder role.
• A genuine, active network in the Web3 ecosystem. You know founders, funds, and builders personally, not just by name.
• Strong analytical skills: you can read a whitepaper, spot weaknesses in a tokenomics model, and evaluate technical claims critically.
• Deep familiarity with how crypto markets, token launches, and early-stage Web3 fundraising actually work.
• Excellent written English — your deal memos need to be sharp, concise, and useful.
• Based in Sweden with the right to work there.

Personal qualities that matter to us

• Strong taste and conviction — you're willing to say no to hype and yes to unusual bets.
• Discretion and integrity. You'll see a lot of confidential information; we need to trust you with it.
• Curious by default. You're plugged into crypto Twitter, Discord, and the places where things actually happen.
• Long-term mindset: you're looking for a role you can grow into, not a stepping stone.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a crypto VC, launchpad, or investment DAO.
• A founder background — especially if you've raised, launched a token, or shipped a Web3 product.
• Public presence in the crypto ecosystem (writing, podcasting, or an active profile on X).
• Sector expertise in DeFi, infrastructure, AI x crypto, consumer Web3, or another defensible niche.
• Comfort with on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).

• Above-market base salary — approximately 20% above industry benchmarks for this level. No variable compensation; we believe in paying well and predictably.
• Fully remote role, based in Sweden, with flexibility on working hours (some overlap with European business hours required).
• Direct access to leadership. Your calls shape what Zero2Launch actually launches.
• A front-row seat to the best (and worst) of what's being built in Web3 — and the authority to act on what you see.
