Head of Finance & Digital Assets

Zero2Launch is a blockchain startup launchpad. We help early-stage Web3 projects go from idea to live token — providing the strategy, infrastructure, and capital partners they need to launch successfully. Our work sits at the intersection of crypto markets, venture funding, and operational execution, which means the person managing our finances needs to be fluent in all three worlds.

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to take full ownership of Zero2Launch's financial strategy and digital asset operations. This is a senior, high-trust position: you will manage the company's treasury, oversee asset allocation across traditional and crypto markets, and act as the steward of our financial health as we scale.

Because we operate in the launchpad space, you'll also work closely with the projects we support — evaluating token economics, structuring treasury arrangements, and contributing a rigorous financial perspective to deal flow.

The ideal candidate combines solid traditional finance fundamentals with deep, hands-on expertise in cryptocurrency and digital asset markets — and operates with the discretion and integrity that a role of this scope demands.

• Own the full financial function of the company: planning, reporting, cash flow, risk management, and compliance.
• Develop and execute the company's digital asset strategy, including portfolio structure, custody arrangements, and risk controls.
• Continuously monitor and analyze crypto and traditional markets; translate market signals into clear investment and treasury decisions.
• Manage company assets across multiple venues, wallets, and instruments, ensuring security, liquidity, and alignment with long-term objectives.
• Partner with the deal team on incoming projects — reviewing tokenomics, treasury structures, and financial models from a risk and allocation perspective.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, custodians, auditors, exchanges, and service providers.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions (Switzerland, UK, EU) and work with legal counsel on tax and reporting matters.
• Produce clear, timely reporting for leadership — turning complex positions into decisions we can act on.
• Build the finance function as the company scales: processes, controls, and — over time — a team.

Must have

• 7+ years in finance, treasury, asset management, or a comparable senior role.
• Demonstrable professional experience with cryptocurrency and digital assets — not as a hobby, but as a core responsibility in a previous role.
• Strong grasp of both traditional markets (equities, fixed income, FX) and crypto markets (spot, derivatives, DeFi, stablecoins).
• Proven track record of managing significant capital and making sound allocation decisions under uncertainty.
• Working knowledge of the regulatory environment for digital assets in Switzerland, the UK, and the EU (FINMA, FCA, MiCA).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Switzerland or the UK, with the right to work there.

• Background at a crypto-native company, hedge fund, family office, trading desk, or launchpad.
• Experience with tokenomics design, vesting structures, or token treasury management.
• Experience setting up or scaling a finance function from the ground up.
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools and self-custody setups.

• Above-market base salary — approximately 20% above industry benchmarks for this level. No variable compensation; we believe in paying well and predictably.
