Requirements


  • Project Planning & Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Scheduling & Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage budgets
  • Resource Coordination: Allocate and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth execution
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder relationships, provide updates, and align expectations
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and report on progress and performance
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and requirements
