- Up to 9 years of relevant IT project management experience
- Manage IT project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, and objectives
- Align and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Own end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, contracting (third-party vendors), budgeting, and project closure
- Drive project design, defining objectives, deliverables, and resource commitments
- Oversee resource management and ensure efficient utilization
- Broad technical knowledge across multiple IT technologies and platforms
- Strong understanding of various technology programs and packages
- Ability to manage routine and repetitive project workstreams with minimal supervision
- Support a regulatory project driven by the NIS2 Directive implementation across EU regions (including Sweden)
- Identify compliance gaps and deviations
Develop a structured remediation plan
- Assess current compliance and assurance status
- Define approach for remediation of identified gaps
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Business Analysts, CSR, Legal teams)
- Knowledge or experience with ISO 27000 (ISO 27K) standards
- Background in IT security and risk management
- Solid technical IT understanding
- Structured and self-driven, capable of working independently
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Effective communicator with tact, diplomacy, and interpersonal awareness
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
