IT Project Manager

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Requirements

Act as a business-oriented IT Project Manager, gaining deep insight into project company operations and business processes
Work closely with core business teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain strong alignment between IT and business functions
Lead strategic IT initiatives that enable business processes, with a focus on infrastructure and IT security components
Drive project teams effectively, ensuring successful delivery against defined goals
Part of an international IT organization within the Asset IT Project Management Consultancy team
Support business units involved in electricity generation and distribution, delivering complex and high-impact IT projects
Lead projects end-to-end: from concept and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery
Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and principles
Bridge the gap between business operations and IT delivery through strong domain understanding
Translate business needs into IT requirements and ensure value-driven outcomes
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring successful implementation and deployment
Coordinate with stakeholders including customers, solution architects, IT teams, and external vendors
Lead and support international project teams with active and engaging leadership
Broad technical knowledge across multiple IT technologies and platforms
Strong understanding of how IT systems and technologies enable business outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with multilingual documentation (Swedish and English)
Strong project leadership and execution capabilities
Ability to operate independently while aligning with organizational standards and governance
Skilled in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with customer expectations
