Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Operations Senior Director to join the national leadership team at ISS Türkiye.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role provides senior leadership across large-scale, multi-site service operations nationwide. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, financial performance, customer value creation, and organizational capability development across the national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and governance leadership across large-scale, multi-site service operations nationwide,ensuring consistency, standardization, performance alignment, and scalable operational excellence
• Act as a key strategic business partner to the Head of Operations, contributing to national operational strategy, organizational development, and performance governance
• Oversee operational performance frameworks and standards across all service lines, ensuring alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement
• Support and challenge operational P&L performance through governance, performance tracking, and strategic insights
• Strengthen operational standards, governance, and compliance in alignment with ISS quality, HSE, environmental, and information security frameworks
• Provide executive sponsorship for major transformation initiatives, including digitalization, process optimization, operational resilience, and scalability programs.
• Partner with and support the development of senior operational leadership teams, ensuring capability building, alignment, and leadership consistency
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, supporting contract retention, growth, and long-term partnership value
• Ensure effective collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, Business Development, and other corporate functions to enable operational success
• Define, standardize, and monitor national operational KPIs, providing insight-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead operational risk management and business continuity planning to safeguard service delivery and organizational stability
• Support the representation of the Operations function in internal and external executive forums, contributing insights, analysis, and strategic perspectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 7+ years in senior executive operational leadership roles within large-scale, multi-site service organizations
• Proven track record in transforming and optimizing complex operations within large-scale environments
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in budget governance, cost optimization, margin improvement, and financial performance management
• Experience in transformation, restructuring, or scaling of service delivery models within multinational or matrix environments
• Exceptional leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop senior management teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-level client engagement and executive-level communication
• Deep understanding of operational governance, risk management, compliance, and quality systems (HSE, Environmental, and Information Security frameworks preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in English
