We are working with a global tier‑one financial services organisation that is building and evolving a strategic internal platform used across multiple regions and business areas.

While one of the current initiatives relates to client lifecycle and regulatory use cases, this role is not tied to a single project or domain. It is a long‑term product ownership role, focused on shaping platform capability, driving roadmap decisions, and delivering scalable solutions in a highly complex environment. You will have genuine ownership and influence, working closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a core internal platform
• Translate complex business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Partner closely with engineering teams to prioritise work and deliver incremental value
• Balance short‑term regulatory commitments with long‑term platform evolution
• Drive reuse and standardisation rather than one‑off project delivery
• Engage with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
• Continuously improve ways of working across product and delivery teams

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst in a technology‑driven environment
• Background in financial services, banking, or fintech
• Experience owning a product or platform end‑to‑end (not just delivery coordination)
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid environments)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in regulated, large‑scale organisations

Nice to Have

• Exposure to client lifecycle, KYC, AML, risk, data, or regulatory platforms (beneficial but not mandatory)
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
