Human Resources Specialist / Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist / Assistant Specialist who will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, strengthen employee engagement initiatives, and support organizational development efforts to enhance both employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economics, Human Resources, etc.)
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (especially in recruitment)
• Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Interest in talent management processes
• Strong time management skills and results-oriented mindset
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• High level of integrity with strong sensitivity to confidentiality and ethical values 

Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (needs analysis, job postings, CV screening, interview processes, and offer stages)
• Sourcing candidates through career portals and evaluating applications
• Planning and conducting interviews
• Performing reference checks
• Planning and implementing projects to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Managing employee feedback processes and surveys, and creating action plans
• Supporting organizational development projects
• Contributing to career planning processes
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices
• Supporting the operational processes of the Human Resources department
