Role: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Halifax (Hybrid), Canada

Duration: Long Term

Looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join a high-impact initiative within Global Markets division. This role sits within a Digital Performance Transformation program focused on building unified analytic suites and core infrastructure across multiple analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Agile/Scrum delivery for a pod of 5–6 engineers and analysts, running ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and removing blockers
• Act as the primary delivery interface between the Halifax pod and senior stakeholders within Global Markets.
• Partner with product and technical leads to manage backlog health, velocity tracking, and sprint commitments

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a delivery capacity (not purely advisory)
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience facilitating delivery for technical teams
• Background in analytics — comfortable working alongside data engineers, quant developers, or analytics platform teams
• Self-starter mentality with the drive to create structure in ambiguous, early-stage environments

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Equities, Capital Markets, or Global Markets environments
