The Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, and integration of Client Tokenised Deposits Platform.
This includes defining requirements for token lifecycle operations (issue, transfer, lock, redeem), on chain/off chain settlement, programmability features, and interoperability with payments, treasury, and liquidity systems.
This role partners with Payments, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, and Treasury teams to deliver a secure, regulated, production grade tokenised deposit infrastructure that supports domestic and cross border settlement use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
This includes defining requirements for token lifecycle operations (issue, transfer, lock, redeem), on chain/off chain settlement, programmability features, and interoperability with payments, treasury, and liquidity systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tokenised Deposits Platform Analysis & Solution Design
- On Chain / Off Chain Integration & Settlement
- Architecture & Platform Delivery Leadership
- Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Alignment
- Delivery & Engineering Support
- Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
- Strong understanding of tokenised deposits, digital money architecture, and regulated digital assets
- Expertise in:
- Token standards and smart contracts
- On chain/off chain coordination and reconciliation
- Digital custody, key management, MPC/HSM
- DLT platforms and ledger models
- Solid background in systems analysis, APIs, integration patterns, state machines, and event-driven architectures
- 7-12 years in payment systems analysis with experience in RFP, eMandate, Direct Debit, or similar
- Strong engineering/technical skills:
- API design (REST/JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Microservices architecture
- Event driven patterns (Kafka or equivalent)
- State machine and sequence diagram modelling
- HA/DR and low latency systems
- Experience integrating with AML, fraud, entitlements and ledger systems
- Ability to reuse and extend existing platform components and code frameworks
- Blockchain Technology and know-how
- Digital Assets like Stablecoins, Tokenized Deposit, CBDC
- Payment knowledge
