Middle Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a project at an international electronics manufacturing company specializing in human-machine interfaces, printed electronics, membrane switches, and custom electronic interface assemblies used across industrial and consumer products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management within software development;
• Solid understanding of SDLC and technical aspects of web development (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations);
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to adapt processes to project needs;
• Strong analytical skills: ability to work with KPIs, metrics, deadlines, and deliverable quality;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and operate effectively in uncertain environments;
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams;
• Experience managing multiple projects, resources, and priorities simultaneously;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• English level — B2+ (daily communication with the client).
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working on technically complex projects (hardware + software, embedded systems, interfaces) will be a strong advantage.
• PM / Agile certifications;
• Background in QA or BA.
  
  

As a PM You Will

• Work closely with project stakeholders to manage clients’ expectations, engagement, and satisfaction;
• Act as the primary point of communication between the business and development team;
• Gather project requirements and effectively communicate them to the team;
• Manage project resources and oversee team workloads;
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
