Business Analyst (Business-to-Government Unit)

Baltic Amadeus is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Vilnius or Kaunas office, offering the option of remote work. This is an opportunity to contribute to a variety of engaging projects for public sector clients and be part of our Business to Government Unit. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects deliver value from inception to completion. What You Will Do

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define optimal solutions.
• Create documentation (user stories, use cases, process flows) to articulate system functionality.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and development, managing expectations and validating solutions.
• Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support project scope management and change request analysis.
• Facilitate organizational change management and user adoption.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience of business analysis in software/information systems development.
• Good knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Proactiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English language.
• Certification in business analysis would be considered as an advantage.
