Project Manager / Kildare
An exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a high-profile new-build school project in Kildare. This is a key role on a significant €50+ development, offering the chance to take full ownership from early stages through to successful completion. You’ll join a growing, forward-thinking construction team with a strong pipeline of work and clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Duties:
- Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and design teams
- Drive programme, budget and quality to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain the highest standards in health & safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage procurement, contracts and commercial aspects of the project
- Provide clear reporting and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering medium to large scale construction projects (education/public sector experience advantageous)
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive programmes and deliver under tight timelines
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to take ownership of a flagship project
