Project Manager / Kildare

An exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a high-profile new-build school project in Kildare. This is a key role on a significant €50+ development, offering the chance to take full ownership from early stages through to successful completion. You’ll join a growing, forward-thinking construction team with a strong pipeline of work and clear opportunities for career progression.

Key Duties:

• Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and design teams
• Drive programme, budget and quality to ensure successful project outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards in health & safety and compliance
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Manage procurement, contracts and commercial aspects of the project
• Provide clear reporting and leadership throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering medium to large scale construction projects (education/public sector experience advantageous)
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive programmes and deliver under tight timelines
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to take ownership of a flagship project
