Head of Global Expansion – Apilex

At Apilex, we are building one of the fastest-scaling AI products in legal tech. After strong traction in our home market, we are now expanding aggressively into global markets.

We are looking for a Head of Global Expansion who doesn’t just plan—but executes relentlessly.

This role is not about strategy decks. It’s about building, shipping, and scaling.

• Build and scale local sales teams in new markets from scratch
• Own the end-to-end sales execution across geographies
• Ensure product-market readiness by working closely with product & tech teams
• Identify gaps in product, positioning, or pricing—and drive fixes fast
• Design and implement sales processes, playbooks, and pipelines
• Personally get involved in key deals and enterprise sales cycles
• Set up the infrastructure needed to close deals (ops, tools, workflows)
• Track performance, optimize funnels, and push revenue growth aggressively

• You are execution-obsessed — you get things done fast and efficiently
• You have hands-on experience scaling sales in new markets
• You’ve built or led high-performing sales teams
• You understand how to bridge product and sales
• You are comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
• You don’t wait for perfect conditions—you create momentum
• You are willing to go deep into details when needed
