Marketing Creative Lead (Video & Motion) – Gaming
Joygame, founded in 2009 and titled Turkey's first gaming company, supports talented gaming studios both in terms of financing and knowledge. It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.
Joygame Publishing is looking for an experienced Marketing Creative Lead to head our Video and Creative Development team. You will be responsible for the entire motion-based creative production, ranging from high-end cinematic trailers for PC MMOFPS titles to high-performing video ads for Mobile games.
Working at the intersection of Marketing and Publishing, you will lead a team of Motion Designers and Creative Developers to produce high-impact video content and interactive ads.
Note: This role specifically focuses on video, motion, and playable production; static branding and 2D assets are managed by a separate vertical.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of up to 8 specialists (Motion Designers and Creative Developers).
- Video Strategy & Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of video ads, trailers, and social media content across multiple genres and platforms.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Partner with the UA team to evaluate video performance. Use data insights to double down on winning video concepts and strategically iterate on motion assets to maximize engagement.
- Motion Direction: Provide structured, technical, and creative feedback on timing, pacing, composition, and visual effects to ensure top-tier video quality.
- AI-First Video Workflow: Integrate generative AI tools into the video ideation and production pipeline to speed up concepting and enhance visual storytelling.
- Interactive & Playable Oversight: Guide creative developers in building engaging playable ads and interactive video experiences.
Profile & Experience- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in video-centric performance marketing within the gaming or mobile app industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing Motion Designers and/or Creative Developers.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Motion Specialist: A deep understanding of video psychology—knowing how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds.
Must Have:
- Motion Graphics Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Performance Video Logic: Strong grasp of video-specific metrics (hook rates, watch time) and how they translate into creative edits.
Nice to Have:
- Game Engines: Hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine for high-quality gameplay capture and cinematic staging.
- Tech Foundations: Basic understanding of HTML5 for supervising playable ad development.
- 3D Elements: Familiarity with integrating 3D assets (Blender/C4D) into motion workflows.
