We are looking for a Product Manager for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid work model - twice a week at the office).


Responsabilities:

• Shaping and managing generative AI platforms. These platforms are transforming the way we work and delivering innovative solutions to diverse business challenges;

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage a high volume of use cases and ensure alignment with business priorities;

• Supporting business teams in utilizing the AI platforms effectively and addressing their needs;

• Leading significant projects with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and value creation;

• Handling IT-related administrative tasks and coordinating with internal teams;

• Driving the product’s vision by analyzing user feedback, conducting user testing, and identifying opportunities for improvement;

• Managing project workflows while embodying a product mindset to prioritize impactful initiatives.


Requirements:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles;

• Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning concepts is highly desirable;

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively;

• Experience working with data scientists, ML engineers and developers;

• Familiarity with IT administration and data security practices;

• Knowledge of stakeholder management in large, international organizations;

• Fluent English (mandatory);

• The candidate must be living in Portugal (mandatory).
