Landing Page Developer (Elementor)

Salary: $70,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We are a fast-paced digital agency looking for a high-output Web Developer to join our production team.

This is a volume-based role, not a traditional creative design position.

You will be responsible for building landing pages quickly and accurately using Elementor Pro, Envato Elements, and our internal templates. The role is structured around speed, consistency, and execution, not open-ended design work.

You will be expected to consistently produce 1 landing page per day (15–20 per month) once fully trained.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys:

- Clear systems and processes

If you prefer highly creative, custom design work, this role is not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Page Builds  

- Build 15–20 landing pages per month using Elementor Pro and pre-built templates  

- Follow proven page structures and internal systems  

- Deliver clean, mobile-optimised pages quickly and consistently  

Execution Over Design  

- Implement proven high-converting layouts (not design from scratch)  

- Ensure all CTAs, forms, and tracking are correctly set up  

- Maintain consistency across all builds  

Technical Troubleshooting  

- Diagnose and fix issues including plugin conflicts, CSS bugs, and layout errors  

- Handle basic hosting, DNS, and site-related technical problems  

Maintenance & Support  

- Perform updates, edits, and fixes across existing client sites  

- Maintain site performance, security, and reliability  

Team Communication & Accountability  

- Provide clear end-of-day (EOD) reports on output and progress  

- Work closely with Account Managers to complete revisions efficiently  

Performance Expectations

- 15–20 landing pages per month  

- 1 completed page per working day  

- High first-time accuracy (low revision rates)  

- Fast turnaround on bugs and support requests

- WordPress  

- HTML/CSS  

- Basic PHP (preferred)  

- Hosting, DNS, and site environments
