Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (NL)

Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team and support our recruiting activities in the Dutch-speaking market.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Support our Business Management team in identifying and recruiting top talents for current and upcoming projects
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salary offers and ensuring candidate follow-up
• Participate to local and international meetings to better understand activities at group level and encourage collaboration across our different entities
• Support Employer Branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attractiveness as an employer
• Update recruitment tools and KPIs dashboard

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Political Sciences, Translation, or Communication (also valid for a graduation happening during the summer 2026)
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore business trends in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory. French is a plus for the integration within the team
