Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGERS (X3) - DATA CENTER PROJECT - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Location: Kouvola, Finland to start

Project: Data Centre – Phase 1 (with Phase 2 & future bids)

We are seeking three experienced Project Managers to join a major data centre project, initially focused on Phase 1 delivery, with the opportunity to support Phase 2 and future tenders/bids. This is a key role within a high-performing team delivering complex, fast-paced construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage programme, budget, risk, and quality across all project stages
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintained on-site
• Drive project timelines and resolve issues to keep delivery on track
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project goals
• Support procurement strategies and commercial management
• Contribute to tendering and bidding processes for future phases/projects
• Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in construction project management
• Proven background working with a General Contractor (GC)
• At least one completed data centre project (essential)
• Strong understanding of large-scale, complex project delivery
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and HSE standards
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Desirable

• Experience on hyperscale or mission-critical projects
• Exposure to MEP-heavy environments
• Previous involvement in tendering/bid processes
