Role - Data Analyst & Systems Specialist
Location - Berlin, Germany
The Data Analyst is responsible for establishing the data architecture, integration, and digital tools required to enable the RCAP capability. The role ensures reliable data flows, automated reporting, and development of dashboards supporting workforce planning, forecasting, and portfolio-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration & Architecture
- Assess and integrate data from multiple sources including HR systems, time tracking, project schedules (Primavera P6), and portfolio reporting tools
- Design and maintain data pipelines ensuring consistency, structure, and reliable
- Define the data model supporting workforce capacity, allocation, and demand forecasting
- Tools & Dashboard Development
- Develop and maintain dashboards supporting RCAP reporting (capacity, demand, utilization, risks)
- Enable portfolio-level visibility with drill-down by project, function, and timeframe
- Ensure dashboards align with stakeholder requirements and RCAP reporting needs
- Automation & Reporting Workflows
- Implement automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes
- Support monthly RCAP reporting pack generation
- Ensure timely, accurate, and repeatable reporting workflows
- Data Quality & Governance
- Define and implement data validation rules and quality checks
- Monitor data completeness across workforce and project inputs
- Support continuous improvement of data inputs and integration processes
- Analytics & Forecasting Support
- Support development of workforce demand forecast models
- Enable scenario simulations and analytical views for decision-making
- Provide data support for workforce risk identification and planning activities
- Implementation & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Resource Manager to implement the RCAP framework and tools
- Support delivery of all RCAP deliverables including dashboards, models, and reporting
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover of tools and processes
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or systems integration
- Strong experience with SQL, data modelling, and data pipelines
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience integrating data from Primavera P6, HR systems, or ERP tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured and detail-oriented approach
