Human Resources Specialist

🚨 Hiring: HR Specialist (Contract) | Dublin | €25–€30 p/h

I’m currently working with a really well-known US tech company here in Dublin who are looking to bring in a HR Specialist on a contract basis until the end of July, with the potential to go permeant for the right person.

It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global tech business and work across international HR teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations – employee queries, tickets, contracts, onboarding & offboarding

• Acting as a key contact across the full employee lifecycle (new hires, transfers, changes, terminations)

• Working closely with HR Business Partners on operational tasks and ongoing initiatives

• Collaborating with global HR teams (US, EMEA, APAC) to keep processes consistent and compliant

• Managing HR data in Workday and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date

• Supporting HR programmes (learning sessions, engagement, talent initiatives)

• Getting involved in global HR projects, reporting and process improvements

• Partnering with HR leadership to keep everything running smoothly

What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience in HR (operations or generalist)

• Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle

• Experience in a fast-paced or tech environment is a big plus

• Workday or HRIS experience would be ideal

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

• Someone who’s proactive, hands-on and good with stakeholders

💰 Rate: €25–€30 per hour

📍 Location: Dublin (hybrid)

📅 Contract: Until end of July (potential to extend/go permanent)
