IT Consultant

Introduction:

We are looking to expand our team with a full-time IT Specialist/Consultant. We will provide the needed training and time for you to get introduced to the job and the team.

We are looking for candidates based in Lithuania who can occasionally join us in the office (e.g., on team days), as this hybrid role helps maintain our team culture through in-person connection.

All candidates with IT Support/Specialist/Consultant experience are encouraged to apply!

Role Description:

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Provide user support via clients’ IT ticketing tools or email
• Investigate, find, and implement the best solutions to help users and solve issues
• Manage and maintain tickets during the incident/request lifecycle
• Make decisions on ticket escalation to the relevant teams
• Ensure active communication with users
• Consult clients on relevant topics

Main Requirements and Skills:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support / IT Specialist / IT Consulting
• Good communication skills
• Service orientation and proactivity
• Teamwork experience is preferred
• Experience in working with Ticketing systems
• A background in IT education is preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services is a plus

PRELIMINARY SALARY RANGE (before taxes)*: 2243,81€-2809,91€

*Will be agreed with each candidate depending on position, level, role, knowledge, experience, and capabilities.
