๐Ÿš€ We are looking for Network / Security Engineers!


Responsibilities:

-Troubleshooting Incidents: Systematically identify, analyze, and resolve intricate issues within network infrastructures to restore optimal functionality.

-Utilize advanced knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software to isolate problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with team members and leverage advanced diagnostic tools to ensure rapid and accurate problem resolution.

-Incident Response: Detect and respond promptly to network incidents such as failures, performance degradation, and security breaches. Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain uninterrupted services.

-Network Security: Implement and maintain robust network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry

standards.

-Configuration Management: Maintain and update network configurations, including IP addresses, subnets, routing tables, and firewall rules. Ensure that all network devices are configured correctly and securely to optimize performance and security.

-Performance Optimization: Analyze network traffic patterns and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance network efficiency and throughput.

-Update/Patch Management: Apply firmware and software updates to servers and systems to enhance stability and security.


Qualifications:

-Collaboration: Work closely with system administrators, cybersecurity experts, and application developers to address cross-functional network issues. Facilitate effective communication between teams to resolve complex problems.

-Emergency Response: Be available for on-call services to respond to network emergencies outside regular working hours when necessary. Act swiftly to minimize downtime and restore network services.

-Automation/DevOps Tools: Utilize scripting and automation tools to optimize operations.

-Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, includingnetwork diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS, CompTIA Network+, Checkpoint CCSA, Fortinet FCP/FCSS) are preferred.


Experience: Over 8 years of experience in network administration or related areas.


Technical Skills:

-Expert knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF), hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and software.

-Proficiency in network security practices, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response).

-Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

-Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for network automation is advantageous.
