Manager IT Demand & Project Office

Your role

To thrive in this role, you should take a keen interest in finding the right solution for the business and to continually improve solutions in place.

Your main focus areas will be:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive information and IT plan aligned with our ambitious business goals, ensuring our IT capabilities and governance support our rapid growth and innovation
• Secure KPI, OTD (On Time Delivery) to 95% on all IT projects and Milestones
• All IT Projects and IT key initiatives within Saab
• Collaborate closely with business leadership to align IT initiatives with overall business strategy across the organization and define and implement IT metrics to ensure overall performance
• Contribute to Saab Surveillance Strategy and develop Surveillance IT Strategy.
• Effectively collaborate with Surveillance Business Towards the common goal of supporting our profitable business growth
• interconnect Information and IT Governance, interconnect teams and create a stronger functional accountability
• Ensure efficient and resilient IT operations globally, supporting day-to-day business functions, and optimizing cost structures
• Oversee all aspects of IT, including business demand and delivery; cybersecurity and compliance; data and application management
  
  
  

Your profile

To succeed in this role you need:

• Strong knowledge from project execution, KPI, On Time Delivery, Break down the change into smaller, manageable goals
• Empower Employees: Give people the tools, resources, and authority to contribute to the change process that is needed within IT
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable IT initiatives
• A deep understanding of Project executing, best practices and data privacy including a proven track record of implementing robust security measures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate technical and subject matter experts as well as effectively managing stakeholders across the business
• Advanced degree in Project management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
